You know, we find this really fascinating at AutoFocus and Foreign Accents.  It's not everyday that you see a car that someone puts nearly 1 million miles on, and it is definitely something to be admired, as we see so many neglected vehicles come to us, whether for trade or for service.  It's unfortunate to see trade ins come in where they are so far neglected that we are simply unable to offer a customer what it should be worth, and even more so when someone brings their car in for service and because of neglected minor services, their bill is thousands of dollars.  That said, we are a business, so we do want to make money, but we still hate seeing people backed into a corner because they now cannot afford their service.  We also recognize that in this tough economy, even a $100-$300 service here and there can be tough.  Even though it's a tough pill to swallow, your vehicle service is one of the most important expenses one must incur, and is part of owning a car.  Your vehicle gets you to work, picks up your kids from school safely, takes you to visit family, and carries your groceries home.  Check out the video, and remember, if you take care of your car, it will take care of you.
