Classic third generation Toyota 4Runners are getting harder to find in good shape. We are always looking for these vehicles, in any configuration, but obviously 4WD models are more desirable. These vehicles have proven to be durable, capable, reliable and very long lasting. This body style has remained especially popular over the years and has gone from holding value to actually increasing in value as the supply dwindles. The 2000 4Runner seen here is a well equipped 4WD Limited model. It is a 2 owner, Southern vehicle always in NC. We prefer to buy locally whenever possible! This Toyota has both low mileage for the age and very low mileage for a 4Runner. It is also very original/correct with no aftermarket modifications. It is a 24 year old SUV and does show some wear in a few places such as the front seats and the accent stripes. But overall, this is nice, clean example that is far better than most. This included an oil change, state inspection, gear oil changed in both differentials plus transfer case, ATF changed, new power steering rack, tie rod ends, front sway bar links, spark plugs, air filter, shift bushings and wiper blades. A decal under the hood indicates that the timing belt was replaced at 101,570 in 2019. This mileage and date line up with a service performed by Henderson Toyota.
