Chances are if you are checking out this third generation Toyota 4Runner, you are already familiar with these vehicles which were offered from 1996-2002. But if not, here's the deal: These trucks are excellent. They have always been popular, but as the supply decreases the demand and value is increasing. Why are these 4Runners so great? Simple, they are good looking, real SUV's capable in off road situations, able to tow and practical for hauling people and stuff. They offer reliability and extreme longevity. The 3rd generation 4Runner was available in several trims levels with a variety of colors and options. Seen here is a top of the line Limited with optional 4WD and in a color scheme we've never had, solid White Pearl. It is a 2 owner vehicle that started out in NC, spent 5 years in Ohio, then came back to NC in 2011. We purchased it directly from the last owner. We have driven this 4Runner extensively while preparing it for sale, roughly 525 miles. It runs and drives terrific. Our service in preparation for sale included an oil change, state inspection, a/c service, alignment, new tires, battery, radiator, thermostat, valve cover gaskets, front brakes, muffler, air filter, cabin filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, radio antenna, tie rod ends, steering rack boots, fan clutch, fuel filler neck, air flap actuator, timing belt and water pump. This 4Runner is stock, everything works, its up to date and ready to enjoy. The owner's books and 2 keys are present. Financing is not available due to the age.
